2010 Wings Over South Texas Air Show

March 27 and 28, 2010.
Once again Kingsville’s sky will be super charged with action for the 2010 Wings Over South Texas Air Show. The Blue Angels will be in town to thrill the entire county with their highly skilled flying techniques.
The Blue Angels team consists of 16 officers and 110 enlisted crew. They volunteer to accelerate their careers as pilots, maintenance and support in one of the most demanding and prestigious hi-tech teams around, the Blue Angels. The mission of the Blue Angels is to enhance Navy and Marine Corps recruiting efforts. They represent the naval service to the United States, its elected leadership and foreign nations. These officers and enlisted crew are positive role models and goodwill ambassadors for the U. S. Navy and Marine Corps.
The “Leap Frogs” are the United States Navy Parachute Team. The 15 man team was officially commissioned as the U.S. Navy Parachute Team "Leap Frogs" in 1974. They were assigned the mission of demonstrating Navy excellence throughout the United States. The “Leap Frogs” are going to thrill Kingsville so don’t miss this event.
